    We offer flexible scheduling and an online portal for existing patients at sparkphysio.janeapp.com to make and change your own appointments as needed.

    When you arrive, park in the first parking lot at the top of the hill. You will enter the door at that level, and we are the first office on the right. Look for our sign in the window of the office.

  • We treat just about anything that stops you from moving the way you want to.

    Common diagnoses we treat are:

  • Your first visit will include a thorough, full body evaluation, movement assessment, hands on treatment, education and exercises as needed, determined by your physical therapist. You can expect to go home with some amount of homework to begin your journey to meeting your goals.

    You should wear something you can comfortably move and exercise in.

    • Wellness: cupping, dry needling, assisted stretching, posture work, injury prevention strategies, community work shops.

  • This FREE, 15-minute assessment looks at how your body moves-checking strength, mobility, posture and functional patterns—to identify whether PT, performance training, or wellness services are best for you .

  • Yes! Dry needling can be an excellent component of a physical therapy plan of care.

    Dry needling uses a thin needle placed in a tight muscle to decrease pain and tightness in the muscle. It can be very helpful for muscle spasm, headaches, muscle strains, tendonitis, and so much more.

  • No! You can start therapy You do not need a referral to start physical therapy in the state of Missouri.

    You can see a physical therapist before the doctor in many cases. and your physical therapist will let you know if they believe a doctor’s referral will be required to complete your plan of care.

  • SparkPhysio is in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

    We do accept HSA/FSA and can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to use your out-of-network benefits.

    If you're self-pay, we offer a clear pricing structure with payment plans available—ask us for details.

  • As there are a wide variety of insurance plans, the best way to find out is to call your insurance company and ask.

    SparkPhysio can provide you a superbill, on request, that you can submit to your insurance to use your out-of-network benefits.

  • Please provide 24 hr notice if you need to cancel. Less than 24 hrs notice will result in a $50 fee. This cannot go towards a visit package a patient has already purchased.

  • Yes! There is free parking on-site.
    Park in the lot closest to NW 64th Terrace (just to your right when you turn in) and there is parking on the same level as the clinc.
